Frequently Asked Questions On How To Sell Your Vacant Land

Q:Are there any hidden costs or fees?

A: Never. What we offer you net to seller is what you will take home.

Q: What makes you different from an agent?

A: We are direct buyers. Our goal is to help property owners reach their real estate goals. If you have a piece of land that  is doing nothing for you, maybe we can help you with the cash to find  something better suited for your needs.

Q: What types of land do you buy?

A: We buy all kinds of land—residential lots, rural acreage, farmland, hunting property, commercial parcels, undeveloped land, and more. If you’re not sure if your land qualifies, just ask—we’re happy to take a look!

Q:Do I need a recent survey to sell my land?

A:  No, a recent survey is not required. If you have one, that’s great, but we can typically proceed with the legal description on record. If a new survey is ever needed, we’ll cover that cost.

Q: What if I don't have a copy of my deed?

A:  We can still work with you. As long as your name is on the property title in county records, we can pull the information we need and help guide you through the process.

Q: What if there are multiple owners on the deed?

A:   We can still help! All owners listed on the title will need to agree to the sale and sign the closing documents. If you're unsure about ownership details, we can assist with a title check.

Q:What if my land has access issues or is landlocked?

A:   We’ll still review it. While access can affect value, we consider all types of land—including landlocked or hard-to-reach parcels.

Q:Can I sell my land if I live out of state or overseas?

A:  Absolutely. Many of our sellers live in different states or countries from their property. We handle remote closings all the time.

Q: How long does it take to close on vacant land?

A: For small properties less than an acre with all taxes up to date and no title issues it is possible to close in 14 days. For larger size properties with unpaid taxes and any title issues it will take up to 2 months.

Q: Do I need a real estate agent to sell my land?

A: Nope! We buy directly from landowners, which means no agents, no commissions, and no middlemen. That saves you money and speeds up the process.
